When in the Course of the events of mankind, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the Earth the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men and women are created in the image of Yahuah ,יהוה (pronounced “Yah-hu-ah,” known in various traditions as YHWH or Jehovah), that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, and that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of true Joy, Peace, and Happiness attainable only through Holiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed and, most crucially, from Divine approval. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety, Righteousness, and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their divine right, it is their sacred duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these Christians, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present worldly powers is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the people of Yahuah. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
They have perverted our sacred institutions of learning — once bastions of truth and virtue — into instruments of moral corruption that systematically undermine the faith of our youth and usurp rightful parental authority in matters of spiritual formation. Through calculated indoctrination disguised as education, they have polluted the minds of our children, glorifying sin while mocking righteousness, embracing secular ideologies that challenge divine truth, and silencing the voices of the faithful. As the prophet Isaiah warned, they have committed the grave transgression of “calling evil good and good evil, putting darkness for light and light for darkness” (Isaiah 5:20), thereby inverting the moral order established by Yahuah and threatening the very foundations upon which righteous governance must stand.
In every stage of these Oppressions, We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A System whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyranny, is unfit to govern a people who seek to follow Yahuah’s divine law.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the United Christian Nation, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these communities, solemnly publish and declare, that these United Christians are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to worldly systems, and that all political connection between them and corrupt governments, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as a Free and Independent People, they have full Power to establish Governance in compliance with Yahuah’s laws, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent Nations may of right do.
We acknowledge that from the dawn of creation, mankind has been marred by sin. As descendants of Adam and Eve, we inherit a nature rebellious against Yahuah’s perfect will (Romans 3:23).
In His infinite mercy, Yahuah provided redemption through Yahusha (יהושע, pronounced “Yah-hu-sha,” commonly referred to as Jesus or Yeshua in modern traditions), the incarnate Son of Yahuah, who became the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Through His death and resurrection, Yahusha offers salvation to all who believe: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
Upon acceptance of this gift of salvation, Yahuah sends His Ruach Ha’Qodesh (הקודש רוח, pronounced “Ru- akh Ha-Ko-desh,” commonly known as the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost) to dwell within us, convicting us of sin, guiding us into truth, and transforming us into the image of Yahusha (John 14:26).
We affirm the Holy Bible as the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of Yahuah, our supreme guide for faith, conduct, and Governance (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
We acknowledge that the exercise of our divine right to self-governance must proceed in a manner that respects peace while remaining steadfast to our calling. We therefore commit to:
First, establishing the spiritual and institutional foundations of our nation through the willing consent of believers who freely choose to enter our covenant.
Second, pursuing diplomatic recognition through peaceful means, seeking mutual respect with existing nations while maintaining an unwavering commitment to our divine charter.
Third, developing a just framework for the peaceful transition of territorial governance in accordance with Yahuah’s perfect timing and providence.
Fourth, ensuring that our implementation reflects the fruits of the Spirit – “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23) – even as we stand firm in our sacred calling.
In all things, we shall seek peace with all men where possible while maintaining our pledge of ultimate allegiance to Yahuah alone.
We affirm our complete dependence on Almighty God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We recognize that our existence, purpose, and hope are found in Him alone.
Yahuah is our sovereign Creator and Sustainer. In Him, we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28).
Yahusha is our Lord and Savior, on whose redemptive work we rely entirely, acknowledging there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Ruach Ha’Qodesh is our Comforter, Guide, and Empowerer. We depend on His indwelling presence to transform us into the image of Yahusha. “Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,” says Yahuah Almighty (Zechariah 4:6).
For our strength, wisdom, righteousness, Governance, provision, deliverance, and mission fulfillment, we
rely wholly on Yahuah, rejecting all forms of self-reliance and personal pride.
In His final prayer before crucifixion, Yahusha petitioned the Father for all believers: “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you havesent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one — I in them and you in me — so that they may be brought to completeunity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me” (John 17:20-23).
Answering this sacred prayer, we declare our unwavering commitment to unity in Him. As Yahusha is one with the Father, so we strive to be one with Him and with each other. We celebrate our diversity of cultures, languages, and traditions as a testament to Yahuah’s creative power. We commit to bearing one another’s burdens, pursuing reconciliation, and standing united against persecution.
We affirm our common faith:
Throughout history, mankind has formed communities based not merely on geography, but on shared values, beliefs, and divine calling. As the children of Israel were called out from among the nations to be a “peculiar treasure” unto Yahuah (Exodus 19:5), so do we recognize our calling to establish governance that reflects our covenant with Him. This right to determine how we shall be governed flows not from territorial claims or human convention, but from the divine order established at creation.
Self-determination – the right to choose one’s allegiance and form of governance – stands as an inviolable natural right bestowed by Yahuah upon all mankind. This right precedes and transcends the artificial boundaries drawn by worldly powers, for “The earth is Yahuah’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it” (Psalm 24:1). When existing governance violates divine law or prevents the faithful exercise of covenant obligations, the natural and divine right to establish righteous governance becomes not merely aright but a sacred duty.
We affirm that consent to be governed is not merely territorial but fundamentally personal, rooted in the individual’s conscience and relationship with their Creator. Just as Abraham was called to leave his father’s household to establish a new covenant nation, we too are called to form a governance structure that honors Yahuah’s sovereignty above all earthly powers.
With unwavering resolve, we hereby declare our separation. Not mere disagreement. Not polite dissent. But complete, irrevocable separation from worldly governmental systems that war against Yahuah’s divine will.
This separation is not retreat — it is advance. Not surrender — it is conquest. Not isolation — it is the founding of a new society where Yahuah’s Kingdom principles reign supreme.
We will be mocked by those who cannot understand, hated by those who fear truth, and persecuted by those who serve darkness. Yet in all these things, we are more than conquerors through Yahusha, who loved us. Where they bring mockery, we bring joy; where they sow hatred, we harvest love; where they inflict persecution, we demonstrate the power of Yahuah’s deliverance.
Now, therefore, we call upon every believer who hears these words: Stand with us! Separate yourselves from corruption! Join us in building the United Christian Nation serving Yahuah alone! The hour has come to stand — who among you will answer the call?
We affirm our sacred duty of stewardship over all Yahuah has entrusted to us, recognizing “The earth is Yahuah’s, and everything in it” (Psalm 24:1). Our dominion is a delegated authority to be exercised according to His will.
We embrace the charge to “be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it” (Genesis 1:28), not as a license for exploitation but as a call to nurturing care. We commit to being faithful custodians of the natural world, preserving its beauty and biodiversity as a reflection of Yahuah’s glory.
We pledge to pursue sustainable development, wise management of resources, cultivation of mankind’s potential, ethical Governance, responsible innovation, cultural preservation, global responsibility, and intergenerational equity.
Above all, we affirm our primary responsibility to be faithful stewards of the Gospel, proclaiming it to all
creation and making disciples of all nations (1 Corinthians 4:1).
As we stand today at the threshold of a new era — a historic crossroads — we reaffirm our steadfast commitment to the principles laid out in this declaration. These are not mere words but a sacred covenant before Yahuah and a binding promise to one another.
We acknowledge the magnitude of our task. The path ahead is steep. The opposition, fierce. The stakes, eternal. Yet we march forward with unshakable confidence, drawing strength from Yahusha’s words: “In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).
To all who hunger for truth, thirst for justice, and yearn for purpose — to all who love Yahusha as their personal Savior — we extend this open invitation: Join us in building a society that reflects Kingdom values. The foundation stones of a new nation are being laid.
We pledge our lives, our resources, and our sacred honor to the establishment and preservation of the United Christian Nation — not confined by geographical boundaries alone but united by our faith in Yahusha.
Let it be known to all powers and principalities on Earth and under heaven that from this day forward, we stand as a people fully committed to Yahuah’s sovereign rule — a nation with sovereign borders comprising the land and soil, the air above, and the waterways of the geographic boundaries of the Texas Republic and its territorial waters extending 12 miles from our shore and with citizens who may span the Earth, a light in the darkness, a city on a hill that cannot be hidden. We extend our hands in fellowship, with love for all mankind and ill will toward none, seeking to fulfill our divine purpose while honoring the dignity and sovereignty of all peoples.
